Wholesale Terms and Conditions

 

1. Eligibility 

To qualify for a wholesale account, retailers must provide a valid business license and be approved by Stoner Babes. We reserve the right to accept or decline any wholesale application at our discretion.

2. Ordering Process

• Minimum Order Quantity: 10 units Per Item

• Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website at Stonerbabes.com or via email at sales@stonerbabes.com

• Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Stoner Babes.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: Wholesale pricing is provided exclusively to approved wholesale partners. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payment Terms: Payments must be made via Credit Card or ACH. Full payment is required before order processing unless otherwise agreed.

• Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs, or import duties.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Methods: Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or Fedex.

• Lead Time: Please allow two weeks for order fulfillment for in stock products.

• Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Damaged Goods: Claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be made within 14 days of receipt.

• Return Policy: Returns are accepted for defective items only. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

6. Intellectual Property

• The use of Stoner Babes logos, product images, and marketing materials is permitted only with prior written approval.

7. Liability and Indemnity

• Stoner Babes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

8. Amendments

• Stoner Babes reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
